How do I access my course?

After purchase, check your email for a login link.
Or go directly to our course site: www.csenexus.com/login
Use the email and password you signed up with to log in.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”
You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset it.

How do I view the lessons?

Inside your course, click on any module or lesson to begin.
Some lessons include videos, while others may offer audio, written content, or downloads instead.
Be sure to scroll down — some materials appear beneath the main content window.

How do I mark a lesson as complete?

At the bottom of each lesson, click the “Mark as Complete” button.

Can I access the course on mobile?

Yes! You can view your course on any phone or tablet using your browser. Kajabi also has a free mobile app for iOS and Android:

Search “Kajabi” in the App Store or Google Play
Log in with the same email you used to enroll

I didn’t get a confirmation email.

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us.

Can I download the videos or lessons?

Videos: Not downloadable unless specified.
PDFs or worksheets: Available for download if included in the lesson.
