About Pamela Boyce Simms
Evolutionary Culture Designer · Movement-Builder · Consciousness Practitioner

Pamela Boyce Simms is an evolutionary culture designer who translates spiritual guidance into social change action for turbulent times. She is a veteran of nonprofit leadership and movement-building, with decades of experience convening networks and creating systems that support inner transformation as the foundation for lasting societal change.
Pamela is a proponent of perpetual self-transmutation as the true engine of authentic, enduring social change—especially as systems disruptions accelerate. Her work cultivates a felt sense of interconnectedness that can see communities through ongoing and intensifying systemic challenges.
Pamela is the founder of:
Singularity Botanicals and Movement-Building
As the Founding Convener of Singularity Botanicals, Pamela fosters plant medicine self-care sovereignty to ensure that populations most vulnerable to systems disruption have access to, and can produce their own natural medicine.
Singularity Botanicals aligns botanical self-reliance with community resilience. The project models how herbal knowledge, ancestral wisdom, and local action can reconnect us to the land and to one another.
Pamela integrates this work with sociocracy, a governance model that is nimble enough for radically uncertain times. Sociocracy decentralizes authority and fosters decision-making in which everyone has a voice, influence, and agency.
Community Supported Enlightenment (CSE) Network
Pamela convenes the Community Supported Enlightenment (CSE) Network, an international community of practitioners who use ancient wisdom practices sharpened by neuroscience, in a quantum science framework.
CSE is a practice laboratory where practitioners refine their ability to transmute challenge into presence, and presence into impact. The network supports individual awakening and unique unfolding while nurturing interdependence for collective wellbeing.
